Columbia Law School - Pro Bono Program, Social Justice Initiatives

Filing Instructions: Please note that students cannot receive pro bono credit until this form is submitted to Social Justice Initiatives at Columbia Law School. Forms should be submitted within seven days of completion of pro bono work.

The report should be completed by the Placement Supervising Attorney or the Placement Supervisor who is most familiar with the studentís work at the placement. If the student performed more than one project for different supervisors, a separate form should be completed for each project.
